Early Years

Established in 1960

Sarkis Lteif owned a small home appliances retail shop in Okaibe, which quickly gained popularity among local residents. He established a strong reputation built on integrity and ethical values. Mr. Lteif passed away in 2013, leaving behind a legacy of perseverance and a remarkable story of commitment to growth and innovation.

First Showspace in 1990

Gaby Lteif, the eldest son, took a leap of faith by founding the first showroom on Nahr-Ibrahim highway. Spanning 800m², the showroom specialized in home appliances and electronics. Through strategic relationships with suppliers and creditors, as well as the implementation of flexible loan systems, he gained the support of both partners and built a loyal customer base.

New Generation

Biggest open-plan showroom in 2012

The company also inaugurated its main branch on Byblos Highway, boasting 4,000m² of showroom space. The ceremony attracted international brand representatives from accross the region. Lteif played a key role in marketing campaigns and the implementation of advanced information systems, which significantly contributed to the company’s increasing national prominence.

50 years of Lteif

Transitioning to a joint-stock company while preserving family ownership, the business focused on its core commercial objective: general trade, with an emphasis on home appliances, furniture, and home décor. It also represented both local and international brands and actively participated in concessions and tenders aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Subsidiaries

Lteif Home & Garden 2022

Another subsidiary of Lteif Group is established, specializing in outdoor furniture and serving both the retail and B2B markets. It offers exclusive imported collections and specialized outdoor solutions. Home and Garden currently operates on Nahr Ibrahim Highway.

Boèm Home Boutique 2021

A subsidiary of Lteif Group was established, becoming a modern destination for bespoke and imported furniture, as well as award-winning design accessories. Boèm opened its first branch on Byblos Highway, occupying a showroom space within Lteif's main branch.

Lteif Signature - Sin el Fil 2022

Lteif expands into distribution with the opening of Lteif Signature in the heart of Sin El Fil. The store offers a distinctive retail experience, serving as both a flagship location and a wholesale hub for Lteif's exclusive brands. Lteif currently distributes to 12 esteemed partners in the local market.

Boèm Home Boutique - Dora 2024

Boèm opens a new boutique on Dora Highway, located within Khoury Home's main branch—an exciting synergy project. Boèm now offers world-renowned, award-winning accessories and tableware brands, expanding its product line to deliver a complete furnishing and styling solution.
