Warranty

Warranty is listed in every item’s details.

Warranty does not cover item misuse, breakage or electricity shock.

If your item is still covered by warranty, and you wish to inform us of any defection, please reach us.

Repairs

In case your home appliance is defected and is no more covered by warranty, you may contact us on +9619447 665 from 9:00 am till 7:00 pm, from Monday to Saturday.

Our after-sales agent will assist you by phone.

He/she may require of you to drop by the item to our location, or will ask you to keep the product in place:

If you are required to drop by the item to our location, we will send the product to the specified service center responsible for the item brand.

Once we have the cost of reparation at hand, we will be in touch with you for approval.

We do not repair unless you verbally approve the reparation fees.

Once your item is ready for pick-up, our agent will give you a call.

Lteif is only responsible for storing your item for 1 month following reparation.

Lteif holds the right to dispose any appliance unclaimed within a period of more than 1 month.

If your product shall be kept at your location, our agent will contact the required service center responsible for the product brand, and they must be in touch with you within 72 working hours.

If you do not get a call within that period, please refer back to our agent.

The service center operator shall inform you on the phone if any visit fees are required, and have your verbal approval.

They will schedule the visit with you, and then after they have performed their inspection, they will communicate any reparation fees required prior to working on your item.

Returns

Returned products must be in good condition with their original pack, manuals and accessories.

Gift cards, personal care products and services like delivery & installation cannot be returned.

The returned amount will be credited to your account and deducted from your next purchase.

You may return a product within a period of 15 days from delivery date.

LTEIF & BOÈM home boutique do not support a refund policy.
